Well, I cut out everything on the list and feel 100 times better! Eggs had a large score on the sensitivity test, and during Whole30 I was eating several for breakfast every day. Its amazing how much food can affect us.
After 2 months without several of my favorite foods, I have been given the ok to try reintroducing a few that scored relatively low on the “make me feel like crap scale”. So, I brought back avocados, chocolate (dairy free only), and tomatoes. Verdict: chocolate and avocados ok but tomatoes can only be eaten in moderation. I plan to hold off on the others for awhile and maybe never bring some of them back. I mean eggs are scary…
